Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 large apple cut in wedges
Mix all together, pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Push apple wedges into batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
