I decided to make a sweet potato pie with some of the extra sweet potatoes-- after all, how much of it can Naomi eat, anyway??
I thought it would be alot like pumpkin pie, but it's a bit different. It has more ginger and nutmeg too, so that adds a different flavor to it. I got the recipe from allrecipes.com. It came out good, I did have to bake it longer than it called for. Brian and the boys really liked it-- and so did Naomi!
