I just had to put this on here:
- Because it was funny.
- Because I'm a visual learner and when someone tells me "it doesn't work" I want to know (or see) why... and this is why.
I made corn bread muffins the other day- but was completely out of white flour. So I used whole wheat... soft wheat to be exact.
So, as you can see, it sunk down in the middle and then it stuck so horribly bad! I had to use a spoon to scrape it out and then we ate a pile of crumbs.
Oh but it was a delicious mistake, they were so sweet and moist. And we ate them all- almost fighting over the last one!
