- I am married to my wonderful husband, Brian. The mother of 5-- Luke, Jesse and Stephen, Naomi and Titus. I was homeschooled and grew up in the country. I am the 4th of 10 kids. I am qualified to be a midwife, but am serving as a Doula right now. I love cooking. My strong point is baking- but please don't think I'm perfect... I don't post my mistakes! I enjoy sewing and artsy crafts, though I rarely get anything done with them. Photography is another love. Jack of all Trades and Master of None. That is me. One of my favorite verses is Colossians 3:23 "And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men," "Whatever you do"- that means everything, cooking, cleaning, etc. So, cooking for my family is a high calling, after all- God is wanting me to do it, to please Him. So my challenge is to make things tasty, healthy and also being a good steward of the money he has blessed us with.

Congratulations Rachel! I love your site and you have given me great ideas! This is the first time I've posted but I thought it was appropriate to congratulate you. I just had my 3rd a little boy as well and he was over 9lbs as well. Congrats again on your new addition.
